SatNOGS Network serves as a comprehensive global management interface, designed to streamline the operations of multiple ground stations from a remote location. Users, referred to as observers, can leverage an extensive network of SatNOGS ground stations distributed worldwide. The platform is open to all, allowing any observer to access available ground stations and establish communication with satellites.

All observation results are made public, with data freely shared under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license, promoting transparency and collaboration within the community. Whether individuals possess existing satellite ground station equipment or are interested in constructing their own, the SatNOGS project website offers up-to-date documentation and resources for building a ground station.

It is important to note that the current app functionality is constrained by the limitations of the SatNOGS API. However, users can anticipate significant enhancements in the forthcoming major release.
